Ingest the corpus into retrieval/embedding systems and use it to ground agents under your control, for internal and client-facing work. No redistribution: the corpus, or any substantial extract of it as a dataset, may not be resold, sublicensed, published, or used to train a competing corpus product. Short attributed quotations inside agent outputs to end users are permitted. The license covers corpus version 1.0.0; buyers will be offered the next version at 50% of its list price.

Honesty note

This is a first-draft research compilation produced with a disclosed AI-assisted workflow (see the production note inside). It is licensed as research material, not certified fact — the claims register exists so your systems can distinguish source-attached claims from the author's models and forecasts.
