Products are digital downloads supplied in the formats and with the contents stated on their individual product pages. Delivery follows our Digital Delivery Policy.

Unless a product’s stated licence grants additional rights, a purchase gives one buyer a non-transferable licence to download, store and read the files for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share the purchased files, or use them to train AI models without permission. A product-specific licence takes precedence where it expressly grants different rights.

Buying a copy does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and permissions.

Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases; changes do not alter completed purchases.

Shopify purchases and CABEZON purchases are separate. A purchase here does not fund an x402 wallet, pay for API calls, or create entitlements to separately sold CABEZON services. Those purchases have their own checkout, deliverables and terms.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The terms in effect when you purchase govern that purchase. Later changes apply to future purchases.
