1. Price and scope
$250 USD once for up to three agreed claims or procurement answers checked against one customer-designated English, machine-readable source of up to five pages. No subscription or additional work without a new agreement. The written scope identifies the claims, source version, reviewer, timing and these terms before acceptance or payment. Any applicable tax and the final amount due are confirmed in the written scope before acceptance or payment.
2. Deliverables and acceptance
For each claim, Maha supplies a source-linked finding with the inspected version, passage and locator; corrected or qualified wording, removal, or an explicit blocker and next action. Delivery includes a change log, PDF summary and JSON manifest bound to the exact revision. The named customer reviewer records the decision on that revision. Payment and delivery are not customer approval. Unresolved blockers cannot be marked approved. Neither positive findings nor approval by the reviewer or any third party is guaranteed.
3. Timing and corrections
The normal target is two business days after verified payment and confirmed receipt/access to the agreed source; the written scope confirms the start and target date. One in-scope correction round is included. New sources, claims or questions require a new scope and price agreement. Maha will advise promptly if the target cannot be met and offer a revised date or the applicable refund.
4. Cancellation, defects and refunds
Cancellation before work begins receives a full refund. If Maha cannot deliver the agreed task and the customer declines an extension, a full refund is due. Report a delivery defect within seven calendar days of delivery. Maha first provides the included in-scope correction; if the corrected delivery still fails the agreed objective acceptance criteria, a full refund is available. An unfavourable finding or a correctly stated source gap is not itself a defect. After work starts there is no automatic change-of-mind refund, subject to these remedies and any mandatory consumer rights. Contact the provider to resolve timing, correction or refund requests; the software does not decide them alone.
5. Materials and rights
The customer supplies only authorized, sanitized, nonconfidential material and identifies the intended source. Do not submit credentials, private legal, medical or personnel records, or material the customer cannot authorize. The customer retains its original content and may use the delivered findings and wording subject to third-party source rights. Maha retains reusable methods. No licence to external source works is granted by this service.
6. Handling and recovery
Retention: source excerpts and deliverables are kept privately for 90 days after closure, then deleted; legally required financial records are retained separately. Maha operates this retention process manually. Any external AI processing must be agreed beforehand; the prepared payment/delivery flow itself makes no model calls. Where a private access code is issued, it unlocks the order and reviewer actions; share it only with the named authorized reviewer. The written scope identifies the agreed private delivery and review channel, including assisted email delivery. Lost-code recovery requires verification through the agreed customer channel and replacement of the code, revoking the old one. An email address or order number alone does not establish entitlement.
7. Limits
No legal advice, scientific peer review, certification, open-ended research, comprehensive fact-checking, positive-outcome guarantee or third-party approval guarantee is included. The work compares the agreed claims with the designated source; it does not establish that source's authenticity or universal truth. Hashes bind exact content; they are not signatures or independent identity verification. No independent legal review of these terms is claimed.
