Include your intended use, three short claims, source title/version/page count and target date. Start with a sanitized nonconfidential summary; do not send private records, credentials or your Claude conversation history.

The outcome

  • A source/version-specific finding for each agreed claim, with the inspected passage and locator.
  • Corrected or qualified wording, a removal, or an explicit blocker with the next action needed.
  • A change log, PDF summary and JSON manifest tied to the exact delivered revision.
  • A decision record from your named reviewer. Delivery does not itself establish approval.

A concrete example

Your proposal says “99.9% availability guaranteed”; the designated source says “99.5% availability target.” The delivery identifies that passage, distinguishes a target from a guarantee, and supplies the supported replacement wording. If the needed source is missing, the issue stays blocked rather than being marked verified.

This is an illustrative example, not a customer result or a promise that a particular claim will be supported.

What fits

Up to three pre-selected claims or procurement answers, compared with one customer-designated, authorized English machine-readable source of up to five pages. Initial material must be sanitized and nonconfidential. One in-scope correction round is included; new sources or questions need a new agreement.

The normal target is two business days after verified payment and confirmed source access. We confirm actual capacity and dates in your written scope.

From inquiry to delivery

  1. Agree the scope. We confirm the claims, source, named reviewer, dates, final amount and customer terms in writing.
  2. Choose to pay. After acceptance, we send a customer-specific Stripe-hosted request for the agreed one-time payment. We never charge through Claude.
  3. Receive the work. We verify payment directly in Stripe, complete the assisted source review and deliver the PDF/JSON privately through the agreed channel.
  4. Review the exact revision. Approve it or request the included in-scope correction. Recovery of the same delivered files is free after customer verification.

Boundaries that matter

You designate the source. The work does not establish its authenticity or universal truth. No legal advice, scientific peer review, certification, comprehensive fact-checking, open-ended research or guaranteed positive findings/approval is included. Any external AI processing must be agreed beforehand.

Cancellation, correction and recovery

Cancel before work starts for a full refund. If Maha cannot deliver the agreed task and you decline an extension, a full refund is due. Report defects within seven calendar days; one in-scope correction comes first, followed by a full refund if the corrected delivery still fails the agreed acceptance criteria. Unfavourable findings alone are not defects. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Read the complete customer terms.

Is this required to use Maha Context Review?

No. The free Claude connector remains free, without a Maha account or payment. It checks literal retention. The Sprint is a separate, optional assisted engagement. Your tool inputs are not automatically sent into it.
